Forme astratte dal contesto in cui siamo abituati a vederle. Forme che ci capita d’incontrare spesso, fanno parte del nostro quotidiano ma le notiamo solo distrattamente. Mi piace l’idea di ‘monumentale’ insita in esse, ‘monumentale’ come ‘ricordo’. La ceramica bianca contribuisce a renderle ancora di più tutte uguali, e il forte contrasto bianco/nero le isola da ciò che le circonda.

Forms abstracted from the context in which we are used to seeing them . Forms that often happen to come across , are part of our everyday life but we are absent-minded and don’t really notice them. I like the idea of ‘ monumental ‘ inherent in them , ‘monumental ‘ as a ‘keepsake’ . The white ceramic helps to make them even more similar each other , and the high contrast black / white isolates them from the environment.
